By using WigrowConnect (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Using WigrowConnect
Use WigrowConnect in a lawful, respectful way. Don’t attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it aggressively, or use it in a way that harms other users, businesses, or the platform.
Accounts
- You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure.
- If you create, claim, or manage a listing, you must provide accurate information.
- If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us as soon as possible.
Business listings
- Listings must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
- You must have the right to submit/edit the information you provide (including logos and documents).
- We may edit, reject, unpublish, or remove listings that violate laws, third-party rights, or these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, data, or systems.
- Upload malicious content (malware, harmful files, or disruptive code).
- Impersonate a person or company, or claim a business you don’t represent.
- Post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
WigrowConnect is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the service or your reliance on listings, including business decisions made based on directory information.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
